Prompt athletes to make quick, deliberate cuts while still being in position to make a play. Pro agility poles require athletes to maintain an athletic position while maneuvering. The unique molded rubber bases stabilize the poles and have 3 openings for setting the poles either vertically or diagonally. The bases allow for use on grass or turf.  The yellow, high impact PVC poles can be set for a variety of drills.  This set includes 6 bases, 12 pole units and a convenient carry bag.
